Fios Triple Play Bundle Contest - Official Rules - No Purchase Necessary

Contest runs from Thursday, August 13, 2009 at 8 a.m. through Sunday, August 31, 2009 at 11:59 EST. All entries must be received by Sunday, August 31, 2009, 11:59 p.m. E.D.S.T. You must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States. Other eligibility limitations apply. See restrictions below. The sponsor of this contest is FiberForAll.org ("FFA"). 

HOW TO ENTER - FFA: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Two (2) ways to enter, (1) Enter by writing a post/entry on your own personal website about "Write anything about fiber technology or Verizon FiOS."For ideas or suggestions of topics or ideas, the contestant may visit the contest page. When writing the entry the contestant must reference the official contest. To be included in this contest, the contestant may notify FFA of their entry via online Trackback or by emailing tripleplaycontest@fiberforall.org.  By entering this contest through this manner your submission will be included for eligibility in the Fios Triple Play Bundle Package. One entry per website. Entries judged by the sponsors as spam will not be included in the contest. (2) Participants may enter via a Twitter tweet by first signing up for a twitter account at Twitter.com. Participants must follow @FiberForAll and submit a tweet using the hashtag #FiberForAll. Each tweet with the #FiberForAll hash tag will be counted as an entry into the FiberForAll Twitter Hashtag Contest. Legitimate Twitter users only.  Any means to exploit the system via automation or otherwise will disqualify the offending Twitter account from participation in this contest. A FFA representative will notify winner via a twitter direct message or email. If, after reasonable attempts, the prize cannot be awarded, the prize may be donated to charity. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open only to U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents (green card) who are at least 18 years of age as of August 13th, 2009.  Winners may be required to sign legal documents or provide additional proof of eligibility.  Alternate winner is subject to all requirements and limitations in these Official Rules. By accepting a prize, a winner agrees to allow the use of his or her name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information provided on the entry form, in any media now known or hereafter invented and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes by FFA and its affiliates, without further compensation.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:  From all eligible entries received, FFA will select 1 winner for the Fios Triple Play Bundle Package based the appeal of the submitted entry, on or about September 10, 2009. From all eligible entries received, FFA will select 1 winner for the FiberForAll Twitter Hashtag Contest via random selection, on or about September 10, 2009. The decision of the judges is final in all matters. Winners will be notified by electronic on or about September 10, 2009. Winners notified by electronic mail, must reply with all contact information requested in the notification within ten (10) days from the date notification was sent, or another winner may be selected.

INTERNET/ OR OTHER MODE OF ENTRY: If, for any reason, this contest is not capable of running as planned due to unforeseen events and/or infection by computer virus, bug tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the contest or any portion of the contest. Sponsors are not responsible for theft or destruction of or unauthorized access or alterations to any materials; for technical, network, telephone, computer on-line systems, server, computer hardware or software malfunctions of any kind; or for human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web Site. Sponsors are also not responsible for any injury or damage to any computer, modem or other electrical device as a result of participation in this contest. Any attempt to damage or undermine the fair and legitimate operation of this contest will result in disqualification from the contest. Contest rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to FL law, excluding choice of law provisions.

MISCELLANEOUS: Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Void where prohibited. Sponsors are entitled to interpret these rules as needed and their decisions are final. Sponsors reserve the right to correct typographical, clerical or printing errors in any contest materials.
